Welcome to the Inkxtore Application

The privacy policy set forth below governs the use of services offered by Inkxtore regarding the use of the Inkxtore application service. Users are advised to read carefully because it can impact the rights and obligations of users under the law.

By registering and/or using the Inkxtore application, users are deemed to have read, understood, understood and agreed to all contents in the privacy policy. Account and Security

Inkxtore does not collect registration fees for Users.
A canceled account cannot be deleted.
Registration using a Mobile Number and Email via OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.
User Agree. Personal Data Agree. Telephone Numbers, Regional and Regional Addresses, Gender, E-mail is confidential, we keep it and will only be used for application development purposes and internal promotions.
Inkxtore without prior permission from the User, has the authority to do what is required of the allegations that are submitted or are in conflict with the Privacy Policy and/or applicable law, i.e. actions that involve account suspension, and/or deletion of the user's account.
Users are issued to make and/or use other devices, software, features and/or tools intended to manipulate the Inkxtore system, including but not limited to: (i) Shop data manipulation; (ii) browsing activities (crawling / scraping); (iii) Automation activities in transactions; (iv) other activities that can be used as a system of manipulation, use of bugs and/or a system of logic errors that can harm Inkxtore.
The user is responsible for privacy to maintain the confidentiality of the account for all activities that occur under the User Account.
Inkxtore will not ask for a user name, or verification SMS code or OTP code belonging to the user's account for any reason, therefore Inkxtore urges the User not to provide this data or the related data cannot guarantee its security.
User Agree to agree to User Agreement Inkxtore
The User hereby declares that Inkxtore is not responsible for payments or requests arising from User Accounts caused by User's negligence, including those not limited to purchases or providing access to other people's accounts, links or links provided by other parties, giving or changing a verification code (OTP), password or email to another party, or negligence
Users who agree to and support the use of a one-time password (OTP) security facilities and fees from telecommunications service providers associated with this are fully borne by Inkxtore.

New Users

Above the rules stated in the Inkxtore Terms and Conditions, the New User's resolution is a User who uses a Mobile License that has not previously been registered with Inkxtore using an electronic device that had not previously been used to register an information number on Inkxtore . All promotions carried out by Inkxtore about NEW USERS will be followed by the resolution.

Referral, Stamp dan Promotions

Promo code reference only applies to new registrations that use mobile numbers and mobile devices that have not been registered in the previous Inkxtore system.

The rights that you give us

Considering the rights granted to you under the Agreement, you grant us the right to (1) use the Inkxtore Service using a processor, bandwidth and secure storage device on your Device in order to use the Service, (2) providing advertisements and other information for you, and (3) allow our business partners to do the same. In any part of the Inkxtore Service, the Content You Access, including its selection and placement, can be accessed by commercial considerations, including Inkxtore 's agreements with third parties.

Limitations

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR RESTORATION IS THE ONLY AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF ANY PROBLEMS OR DISCLAIMER WITH THE Inkxtore SERVICE IS TO REMOVE THE INSTALLATION OF THE Inkxtore SOFTWARE AND STOP USING THE SERVICE Inkxtore. YOU AGREE THAT Inkxtore DOES NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE THIRD PARTY APPLICATION OR THE CONTENTS PROVIDED BY THROUGH THE APPLICATION IN RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE APPLICATION IN RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU. THIRD SUCH, YOUR ONLY RECOVERY AND EXCLUSIVE RECOVERY, IS THE SAME AS RELATED TO Inkxtore, FOR PROBLEMS OR DISCLAIMATION WITH THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS OR CONTENT, IS TO REMOVE THE INSTALLATION AND / OR RELATING TO THE APPLICATION.

IN EVERYTHING, Inkxtore, OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, BOARD OF DIRECTORS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, REPLACEMENTS, CONTINUERS, OR SUPPLIERS, RESPONSIBILITIES TO:

THIS ARTICLE IS APPLICABLE FOR LICENSING, BASED ON APPLICABLE LAW. YOU CAN HAVE RIGHTS BASED ON LAW APPLICABLE IN YOUR JURISDICTION, WHICH REGULATES RECOVERY EFFECTS OTHER THAN MENTIONED ABOVE.

Overall Agreement

Other than those translated in this article or those published clearly between you and Inkxtore, the Agreement contains all terms and conditions agreed upon between you and Inkxtore as well as agreements previously relating to the material of the oral agreement.

However, please be able to access certain aspects of your use of the Inkxtore Service using an additional agreement. Disputes between users.

Viruses or other malicious software (bots, scripts, automation tools in addition to the Power Merchant feature, hacking tools) obtained by accessing, or connecting to, the Inkxtore service.
Any interruptions, bugs, errors or inaccuracies in the Inkxtore Service.
Damage to your hardware from the use of each Inkxtore Service.
Contents, actions or non-actions of third parties, including those related to Products on the Inkxtore site that are allegedly fake.
Enforcement actions taken in connection with a User account.
There is a hacking action carried out by a third party on the user's account.

Compensation

The user will release Inkxtore from compensation claims and safeguard Inkxtore (including Parent Company, directors, and employees) from any claims or claims, including reasonable legal fees, incurred by third parties arising in your case violate this Agreement, improper use of the Inkxtore Service and / or your violation of law or third party rights.

Updates
